Founded in 1997 by Mr. Jean Claude Huguenin, Groupe Huguenin is a leading player in the preparation and distribution of tailor-made meat products for high-end and gourmet restaurants, serving as a bridge between top chefs and demanding meat producers. The group has around 45 full-time employees and generated nearly €30 million in revenue in 2023.
