Founded in 1987, Class’Croute is a historic brand in the ‘Fast-Casual’ quick-service restaurant sector catering to office workers. Widely established in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, the brand operates 130 restaurants, primarily franchised, with a turnover of €70 million.

Class’croute positions itself as the leading fast-casual restaurant chain for professionals in business districts and activity zones. The brand is particularly known for the quality of its products, innovations, and extensive range: with 150 recipes of sandwiches, salads, hot dishes, desserts, as well as a complete range of breakfasts, meal boxes, and cocktails for businesses.

The brand deploys various types of outlets to adapt to the needs of locations with high traffic of professionals: restaurants, corners or concessions in train stations or airports, as well as connected fridges in companies and digital E-canteens.

Class’croute also holds a co-leader position in France in the market for delivering meal trays to businesses.
