FrenchFood Capital just raised €70m

03.04.2018

FrenchFood Capital which is a new entrepreneurial investment fund, has just raised €70 million to invest in SMEs and Midcaps in the food industry.

This fund, with a final closing target of €100 million by the end of 2017, will be managed by a team of professionals known for their “Food” expertise. The food value chain is currently undergoing a deep transformation. Consumers are at the center of this transformation. Seeking better and new eating habits, they value trust, health, environmental issues and new ways when experiencing food. These consumers expectations are at the very basis of “Consumer Centric” thesis supported by FrenchFood Capital. The fund pays a deep attention to SMEs and Midcaps brand value; whether in the agri-food, distribution, “Novel Foods”, catering, retail or FoodService sectors. FrenchFood Capital is an independent growth capital fund with a target size of €100 million, an Asset company management approved by the AMF (French financial markets Authority – GP-17000005). The companies targeted by French Food Capital have an enterprise value between €20M and €150M.
