Sabre Paris designs premium table cutlery, assembled in Aigremont (Yvelines, France) and sold in around fifty countries worldwide. The company’s growth strategy is driven by the success of its iconic **Bistrot** collection, the launch of new product lines, made-to-order customization, and a multichannel distribution approach. This includes six company-owned stores in Paris, London, Munich, and soon Brussels, alongside e-commerce platforms and a global network of wholesale distributors.

It is with great emotion that we have transferred ownership of Sabre Paris to FrenchFood Capital. The journey has been a long one—32 years—and not always an easy one.
