Founded in 1986 by Patrice Chapon and a pioneer of the “bean to bar” movement, Chapon is a recognized brand in the world of high-end artisanal chocolate.

Chapon crafts its creations in its Chocolate Factory, mastering every stage of production—from sourcing to conching, including roasting, crushing, and grinding—while respecting the specific qualities of the various beans used.

Offering

At Chapon, chocolate bars are made from single-origin cocoa beans, with no additives or artificial flavors. This mastery of the cocoa bean gives Chapon bars their unique intensity and a multi-origin flavor profile. To bring the intense taste of chocolate to every family moment of indulgence, Chapon has developed an innovative chocolate mousse bar.

Today, with rare expertise developed by its founder over more than 35 years, Chapon—part of the exclusive circle of true “chocolate makers”—aims to make its products accessible to a wider audience by opening new points of sale in major cities across France.
