Founded in 1963, SOPANO has experienced strong growth since its acquisition in 2020 by Laurent Charbonneau, who has been leading the company since 2003, as part of a successful first LBO with the NCI fund. In five years, the group has increased its revenue from €20m to €35m, combining strong organic growth with external growth operations.
Offer
The group now relies on two complementary industrial sites: the historic site in Saint-Pierre-lès-Elbeuf (Seine-Maritime) and that of JPC (acquired in 2022) in Carvin (Pas-de-Calais). Thanks to a modern and versatile machine fleet (flexographic, digital, and hybrid printing), SOPANO is able to meet the needs of a varied clientele – SMEs, large industrial groups, mass retailers – for both small and large production runs.
