Founded in 1973, with nearly €50 million in revenue and 109 employees, Groupe JV—comprising JV La Française, JV Ageniaa, JV Sarmabo, and ADP—exclusively distributes nearly fifteen equipment brands. In recent years, it has established itself as the French leader in the distribution of specialized equipment for the BCT (butchery, charcuterie, catering) and BVP (bakery, pastry, viennoiserie) industries. The Group serves a wide range of clients, from artisans (butchers or bakers) to large corporations, as well as micro and small-to-medium food industry enterprises.

The Group is able to offer a catalog of leading brands in industrial equipment while providing engineering support before and after sales. This comprehensive approach allows it to support clients in all their production equipment needs, from site design to equipment supply, as well as maintenance, recycling, and spare parts management.
JV Groupe now covers the entire range of equipment needs across the full value chain for the meat and bakery segments—from cutting to packaging—and is the only specialized distributor of significant size able to offer clients expert skills and advice, regardless of their specific requirements
