I wanted to create FrenchFood Capital to bring an entrepreneurial perspective to the world of investment: an operational viewpoint from the sector focused on the needs of entrepreneurs and the evolution of the food market. SME leaders operate in a rapidly changing world. It is up to us to also change the role of the investor to support them in understanding new consumption trends, sharing experiences, and building a network to accelerate development.
