After McDonald’s and Accor, FrenchFood Capital allows me to leverage my experience to assist SMEs in accelerating their sustainable growth. “For nothing to change, everything must change.” The fund enables me to passionately support entrepreneurs who shape and anticipate the evolutions of the food sector.

Career Path
Denis served as CEO of McDonald’s France from 1996 to 2005, during which time France became the second most profitable country for the brand. From 2005 to 2011, he led McDonald’s Europe, contributing to the brand’s development with the launch of new recipes and a successful rebranding effort. During this period, Europe represented 20% of the brand’s restaurants and 40% of its operational profit.
He then became CEO of the Accor Group from 2011 to 2013, implementing an aggressive development strategy with the reorganization of the group’s brands and an ambitious policy of opening hotel rooms.
Denis currently serves as a board member of Eurostar, SSP, Bakkavor, and John Lewis.
