Carole Tétrel

Carole has been working in the financial sector since 2000. She began her career at Natixis Private Equity, then moved on to Private Banking and Asset Management at Natixis Wealth Management, Banque Richelieu, and Degroof Petercam. She holds a master’s degree in Law & Finance, AMF Finance & Sustainable Finance certifications, and a Compliance certification from Dauphine. Carole possesses strong expertise in legal, compliance, and data protection matters, allowing her to have a comprehensive view to address the risk challenges of a regulated company. She has also contributed to numerous investment and divestment transactions, the structuring of investment funds, and led significant projects for banks and asset management firms. Additionally, she has been a professional lecturer in Masters in Finance or DJCE programs, teaching courses on private equity transactions and shareholder agreements. In 2024, she joined FrenchFood Capital as General Secretary.
