The first FoodCamp will take place on Thursday 18th and Friday 19th of October at Chateauform’ in Cély-en-Bière (77 – near Orly) on the theme of “Food Revolution(s)”.
These two days will be organised around discussions and expert analysis, co-production workshops, taste and sensory experiences, as well as meetings and round tables around the following four major themes:
- New foods and new usage
- New operational challenges along the value chain
- New agriculture
- New relationships between Human and their diet
A gala dinner cooked by Chef Pierre-Sang Boyer will close the day on October 18th.
